You have a 4-day reflection period after placing a bid, during which you can freely modify or withdraw it.
After this period, bids can only be withdrawn if they are “outbid” (i.e., not currently allocated). You can, however, improve your offer at any time by increasing the amount or adjusting your minimum interest rate.
The exceptions to this rule are the accounts of Sophisticated Investors to whom, due to their characteristics, the reflection period does not apply.
