About DASKAPITAL

Daskapital is a collaborative financing platform that directly connects investors (individual or institutional) with companies and organisations seeking financing.

Through Daskapital, companies can obtain credit in a simple and competitive manner, while investors have access to investment opportunities with potentially above-average returns, allowing them to diversify their portfolio beyond traditional shares, bonds or deposits.

The Daskapital platform handles the entire process — formalisation, contracts, payment management, legal and tax obligations — ensuring a transparent and secure experience for both parties.

Daskapital does not intervene in the contracts established between investors and companies, nor does it assume any risk or responsibility for the investments made, limiting itself to acting as a technological and operational intermediary.

Currently Daskapital offers 2 crowdfunding products/modalities:

• Daslending: Crowdlending solution focused on medium-term investments, allowing companies to obtain competitive financing and investors to receive periodic returns on the projects they choose.
• Dasfactoring: Crowdfactoring solution for short-term financing, allowing companies to advance invoices and investors to purchase these credits at a discount, obtaining a return upon maturity.

Soon, Daskapital will offer other crowdfunding solutions.

The provision of collaborative financing services is regulated by Portuguese and European legislation, namely Law No. 102/2015 of 24 August and Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 7 October 2020.

Daskapital – Crowdfunding, S.A., responsible for providing collaborative financing services through loans, is authorised and supervised by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM).

Daskapital España S.L., which manages the provision of intermediation services in the purchase and sale of receivables, does not fall within the definition of collaborative financing provided for in Regulation (EU) 2020/1503. Therefore, it is not subject to compliance with the legal provisions relating to collaborative financing, nor is it subject to authorisation and supervision. However, it is required to comply with all other applicable legislation.

To promote a project, your company must:

• Be based in the European Union and registered on Daskapital;
• Have regularized financial report, published, and signed by a Certified Accountant;
• Having a positive accounting Equity;
• Have no payment incidents to private and public entities;
• Operate sustainably in their business activities;
• Provide Daskapital with all requested information.

Daskapital performs a risk assessment on every promoter and project.
