Frequently asked questions

Daskapital is a collaborative financing platform that directly connects investors (individual or institutional) with companies and organisations seeking financing.

Through Daskapital, companies can obtain credit in a simple and competitive manner, while investors have access to investment opportunities with potentially above-average returns, allowing them to diversify their portfolio beyond traditional shares, bonds or deposits.

The Daskapital platform handles the entire process — formalisation, contracts, payment management, legal and tax obligations — ensuring a transparent and secure experience for both parties.

Daskapital does not intervene in the contracts established between investors and companies, nor does it assume any risk or responsibility for the investments made, limiting itself to acting as a technological and operational intermediary.

These commissions serve to ensure the maintenance and security of the platform, as well as ongoing support for users.

User funds never pass through Daskapital's accounts. They are safeguarded by NSPAY in individual e-wallets (escrow accounts), segregated in each user's name with a financial institution, in accordance with the European PSD2 Directive.

At no time does Daskapital have direct access to users' money, so in the hypothetical event of Daskapital's activity being suspended, users could recover their funds directly from the Payment Institution. On the other hand, in the event of NSPAY's activity being suspended, users' funds remain protected in the financial institution's (bank's) escrow account.

In deposit or withdrawal transactions, funds move between users' e-wallets and bank accounts. In other transactions, such as the formalisation of an investment/financing, funds are transferred between investors' e-wallets and the e-wallets of the financed companies.
