Yes. A referral may be refused if the company does not meet the eligibility criteria, already has an active referral, is already registered on the platform, or has already been financed.
By accessing your partner area on the platform, you can track the status of each referral, view the amounts earned, and check the validity period of each active opportunity.
Priority is given to the first valid referral. If a company has already been referred by another partner, it may be referred again after 180 days, provided it has not submitted any financing requests during that period.
If the company is unable to obtain financing within the period in which the referral is active (60 days), there will be no reward.
However, the same company can only be referred again 180 days after the referral has expired, provided it has not submitted any financing requests during that period.
If a referred company submits a financing application within 60 days but the financing is not completed (due to the company withdrawing, failing the risk analysis, or failing to secure funding at the auction), that company is permanently ineligible for the referral program.
When a referred company obtains financing and the referral is approved, the partner receives a commission of 0.5% on the amount financed. Upon formalisation of the loan, the commission amount to be received by the partner is automatically credited to their Daskapital wallet.
There is no maximum limit on earnings.
Yes. Each partner can maintain up to 20 active referrals at the same time. A slot becomes available again as soon as a referral expires (after 60 days without a request) or when the financing process for a referred company is completed (whether successful or not).
Each referral is valid for 60 days and is automatically extended if the company submits a financing request during that period, until the financing process is completed.
If the referral period expires, you can refer the same company again after 180 days, provided that the company has not submitted any financing requests during that period.
No. The Daskapital referral programme is completely free of charge.
To refer a company, fill in the form available in the partner area of the platform, indicating the company's tax identification number, name and contact details, and a description of the financing opportunity.
Any company with a real need for financing can be referred to the Daskapital referral program.
The Daskapital partner program allows companies to refer other companies that need financing for a specific project.
Whenever a referral results in a completed funding round, your partnership commission will be credited to your Daskapital Wallet after the funds have been distributed. However, please note that a company funded through a referral cannot be referred again in the future by any partner. The partnership affiliation is exclusive to the first successful funding round.
Only companies registered with Daskapital can participate; the program does not apply to individuals.
Each financing request or investment opportunity is subject to a rigorous risk analysis by Daskapital before being made available on the platform, based on:
- Accounting, financial and commercial data provided by the promoters of the companies;
- Credit information from Iberinform (Atradius Credit and Surety), such as ratios, information on incidents, legal proceedings and other independent data;
- Analytical and statistical models (credit score and limit);
- Document verification and, in some cases, verification of the accuracy of the information provided, among other procedures.
Daskapital requires real and personal guarantees and only publishes projects that meet the minimum criteria for risk and fair profitability. All this information is disclosed and made available in each financing request or investment opportunity.

Any legal entity based in the European Union can promote crowdfunding projects — companies, SMEs, sole proprietorships, associations, and public or private institutions. In specific cases, individual promoters may be considered.
To be eligible as promoters, these entities must:
- Register on the Daskapital platform,
- Complete the KYC and risk assessment process,
- Accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
Daskapital and its payment provider review each entity during onboarding and project submission.
Only entities that meet all risk requirements and demonstrate the ability to meet their commitments can promote financing projects. Daskapital relies on various public databases and partners with specialized organizations for this analysis.

No.
A financing request becomes public only after Daskapital approves it and the promoter chooses to publish it.
Process:
- The project promoter initiates a funding request through the platform, detailing the project and including all relevant information for analysis by both Daskapital and potential future investors.
- Based on the provided information and third-party external information, Daskapital evaluates the projects´s coherence, risk, and financial conditions, and may require additional information for analysis.
- If approved, the promoter will receive a notification informing its request is ready to be published.
- Once is published, the auction opens for investors.
Requests are visible on the website and platform, but only registered users can see full details.

At Daskapital, interest rates are set through a combination of:
• the maximum rate defined by the promoter, and
• the minimum rate proposed by investors during the auction.
- Promoters set the maximum rate they are willing to pay. More competitive rates attract more investors.
- During the auction, investors submit bids indicating the amount they want to invest and the minimum return they accept.
- Bids are ordered from lowest to highest rate until the total amount is reached.
- The final rate — equal for all investors — is determined by the first bid that does not fit into the total amount.
If you need further clarification, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at support@daskapital.eu.
For a well-defined maximum interest rate, you should take into account your current access to credit, market conditions and the opportunity to secure financing more quickly, while not forgetting the company's ability to meet its commitments.
A higher maximum interest rate does not mean that you will pay that amount.
The final interest rate depends on competition in the auction between investors.
Thus, a higher rate will allow you to attract more investors at an early stage of the offer.
Daskapital recommends that investors set minimum interest rates in line with the risk of each financing request or investment opportunity. To this end, we have set an Minimum Indicative Rate (Tmin) based on the risk score assigned by an independent entity.

No. Daskapital does not report or share any loan information with any centralized credit listing such as the Bank of Portugal's CRC, the Bank of Spain's CIRBE, or others.
Banks are obliged to report all credits conceded and their current status to their central bank credit listing (CRC in Portugal, CIRBE in Spain). This database is shared with all other banks in the system. Therefore, a higher exposition to credit will make it harder to obtain further credits.
As Daskapital is not a bank, it is not obliged to share information with the central bank, other banks, or any other private credit database.
If you need further clarification, please contact us via support@daskapital.eu.
If a funding request does not reach its minimum funding goal by the end of the auction period, the auction will end, and the funding request will be canceled.
For Daslending, Daskapital typically requires that at least 80% of the requested amount is reached. In case of Dasfactoring, Daskapital requires that the invoice's full amount is reached.
If the minimum funding goal is not reached, the promoter can always start a new funding request, but it is advisable to improve the offer conditions to achieve a better result.
If it becomes clear during the auction period that the funding request will not achieve the target amount in the remaining time, the promoter may contact Daskapital to discuss a possible extension of the auction period.
If you need further clarification, please contact us via support@daskapital.eu.
The required documents will vary depending on the specific funding project.
The promoter has the freedom to include all documents and information they deem important for a better understanding of the project by both Daskapital and future investors. The more complete the information provided, the greater the interest from investors and the higher the likelihood of securing better terms.
However, there is a set of mandatory information that must be provided: the company's most recent financial statements, a report from the Bank of Portugal's Credit Responsibility Center, the company's criminal record (if not previously submitted), and proof of the guarantees provided.
If you need further clarification, please contact us via support@daskapital.eu.
There are several advantages to getting funded through Daskapital, especially when compared and as an alternative to more traditional financing methods such as bank loans.
At Daskapital, we simplify all processes so you can secure funding online, quickly and easily with minimum bureaucracy. You also won't need to purchase any additional products or services. Daskapital does not charge any fees for opening an account opening, maintenance, or bank transfers.
In addition to the ease and convenience of the process, through our auction system, you can obtain the best financing rates available, resulting from the investors competition to fund your company.
Additionally, financing through Daskapital is not centralized in the Bank of Portugal, Bank of Spain or any other credit database in any country.
Of course, you can repay your loan early at any time. To do so, all you need to do is transfer the funds to the IBAN of your Wallet and inform Daskapital (support@daskapital.eu) about your intention to make an early repayment for a specific credit.
Installments are automatically debited through the direct debit system for greater convenience and simplicity. You just need to ensure that your direct debit authorization is active and that you have sufficient funds available in your bank account when the installments are due.
However, you can make an advance payment at any time by transferring the amount in question to the IBAN of your Daskapital wallet. You can find more information about your wallet on your profile page within the Daskapital platform.

Financing on Daskapital depends exclusively on users registered on the Daskapital platform as investors.
In this context, investors can be individuals or legal entities. This way, your company, in addition to obtaining financing, can also invest in projects other than your own.
In any situation, Daskapital does not participate financially in any project.

After you submit a financing request, our team will review and analyse your application. In some cases, you may be asked to provide additional information or documents. Stay alert to the status of your request and any communication from Daskapital.
Once your financing request is approved, it will be prepared for publication as an investment opportunity to investors, and the auction will start. For invoice trading requests (Dasfactoring), this process and publication are automatic. However, for a loan request (Daslending), you will need to validate the Key Investment Information Sheet before your request is published.
Throughout the auction period, your financing request will be visible to the Daskapital investor community. They will compete to finance it. You can monitor the auction process through the platform.
When the auction process is complete, Daskapital will transfer the funds via bank transfer, and the financing will begin under the agreed terms. In the case of Daslending, you will also need to provide proof of the use of funds.

Financing through invoice discounting allows your firm to receive funds based on the total value of your invoices, though you will pay interest equivalent to the discount you choose. In essence, you are selling an invoice for a bit less than its face value.
When you discount your invoices through Daskapital, the discount rate is determined by an auction. The final rate will fall between the highest discount you are willing to accept and the lowest discount that investors are willing to offer.
After the auction concludes, Daskapital will promptly transfer 90% of the invoice's face value to you, taking into account the discount and any applicable fees. The remaining 10% will be released to you once your customer's payment has been verified.
It’s important to understand that your invoice will only be financed once investor offers that cover the entire required amount have been secured.
