  • Receipt of installments and interest: free

  • Management of collections and recovery of defaulted investments: free

for Promotors

  • Account opening: free

  • Platform access: free

  • Deposits and wallet top-ups: free

  • Withdrawal of funds after at least one project promoted: free

  • Withdrawal of funds without promoted projects: 1% of the withdrawn amount, minimum of €0.50

  • Account and platform maintenance and management: free

  • Project study and analysis: free

  • Processing of financing projects: up to 3.5% of the financed amount with a minimum fee of €100 at the time of fund release. The fee is calculated according to the following table.

  • Loan contract maintenance: free

  • Payment of installments and interest: 0.50% of the transferred amount, a minimum of €2.00

  • Anticipated repayments: 0.50% of the repaid amount, a minimum of €2.00

  • Late payment fee: 4% of the overdue installment amount, a minimum of €12. Interest on arrears at the legal rate is added to these amounts.

Notes:

VAT at the applicable legal rate is added to the fees.
