DASLENDING for INVESTORS

Companies and Organizations (the Promoters) use Daskapital’s platform to promote their expansion and asset acquisition business projects, or community projects, through funding requests, describing them in detail and providing all necessary information and documents.

Based on the analysis of the information provided by the Promoters and independent third-party financial information, Daskapital assesses the risk of the operation and approves each funding request, providing all necessary risk assessment information to the Investors, namely a risk score. (Daskapital may also reject the project, ask for additional information or conditionally approve a project, for example, by demanding guarantees).

Upon project approval by Daskapital, the project is published and a limited-time auction gets started. Investors choose the projects on which to bid and make offers to finance the business asset acquisition or expansion project, deciding how much to invest and signalling their minimum interest rate.

When an auction is successfully completed and the final financing conditions are established, the Promoter gets the funds and can implement its project.

For the duration of the loan/investment, the Promoters pay the Investors a periodic installment as specified in the financing conditions, always at or above the investor's minimum interest rate.
