The funding terms at Daskapital are defined between promoters and investors.
When a promoter makes a funding request, they must set the conditions, such as the loan maturity, payment frequency, and the maximum interest rate they are willing to support.
Once the funding request is submitted and validated by Daskapital, an auction process begins, and investors start competing to fund the offer.
The interest rate for the funding request is thus determined and fixed between the minimum rate investors are willing to accept and the maximum rate promoters are willing to pay.
Daskapital's role is supervisory and does not intervene in setting the terms and price, although it reserves the right to refuse to publish funding requests with conditions deemed inappropriate.
