If a promoter defaults on its payments, Daskapital will act in defense of the investors' interests and try by all means to get the promoter to resume compliance with the payment plan.
To this end, Daskapital will carry out various measures, including using external entities specialized in debt collection and recovery.
During the period that a promoter is in default, late payment interest will be calculated on behalf of the investors.
