The process of publishing a funding request goes as follows:
The project promoter initiates a funding request through the platform, detailing the project and including all relevant information for analysis by both Daskapital and potential future investors.
Based on the provided information and third-party external information, Daskapital evaluates the project and the funding request for coherence, risk, and financial conditions. Daskapital may require additional information for analysis.
If Daskapital approves the funding request, the promoter will receive a notification informing its request is ready to be published.
The promoter can then proceed with the publication of its funding request, after which an auction for investors to bid on is started.
Funding requests will be visible both on the platform and on the Daskapital website; however, only registered platform users will have access to the operation details.
