How does Rent Advance work?

As a property owner, Rent Advance allows you to receive up to 12 months’ rent from your current leases in a single transaction. Our community of investors competes in a transparent auction to fund your request, guaranteeing you immediate liquidity for your projects.

1

Submit your lease agreements

As a property owner of residential, commercial or industrial property, upload the requested information regarding the lease agreements for which you wish to receive advance payment, setting the maximum discount you are willing to accept.

2

Analysis and structuring

Daskapital carries out a legal and documentary analysis, as well as a risk assessment of the operation. We assess the stability of the lease agreement, the payment history, the tenant’s profile and relevant information.

3

Presentation to investors

Once approved, the opportunity is published on the platform. Our community of investors competes in an auction-like system to fund your rent advance, allowing you to secure funding at or below the maximum discount you set.

4

Receive your rents in advance

When the auction is successfully concluded, you will receive an advance payment equal to the value of your future rent, minus the discount agreed upon at the auction. During the agreed-upon period, monthly rent payments will be made to the investors’ account at Daskapital.
