How does Invoice Advance work?

Unlock capital tied up in customer receivables and keep your business moving forward. Advance your unpaid invoices instantly to fund growth, pay suppliers, and maintain predictable cash flow.

1

Apply online

Register your company on our platform. Complete the online form, submit your invoice, upload the required documents and set the maximum discount you will accept. Applying is free. You only pay a fee if the operation is successful.

2

Validation and analysis

The invoice payer (your Client), is notified and confirms the due invoice. Daskapital’s carries out a risk assessment, analyzing documents,  financial statements and other relevant information, and obtains a risk score from an independent agency.

3

Presentation to investors

Once approved, the operation is published and a time-limited auction opens. Investors bid at or below your maximum discount. If the invoice amount isn't reached the operation is cancelled at no cost.

4

Receive your invoice value

When the auction closes and the contract is signed, you receive the invoice value minus the discount and the % Daskapital retains until successful payment. On the invoice due date, your Client pays the invoice in full through Daskapital and the Investors are refunded of their investment. If your customer doesn't pay, your company remains liable to repay investors.

Why advance your invoices through Daskapital?

Discover the main advantages of advancing your invoices with us and what makes Daskapital different.

Faster Access to Cash

Don’t wait 30, 60 or 90 days to get cash out of sales you’ve already made. Receive the value of invoices already issued in advance and turn completed sales into cash for your business.

Competitive Discounts through Auction

With Daskapital’s unique auction model, investors compete to fund your operation, which can lower your cost. The final discount is never higher than the maximum you set.

Total Flexibility

Unlike traditional factoring, at Daskapital, your company retains absolute control. Choose which invoices to advance, with no exclusivity, minimum volumes or long-term commitments.

Benefit from your Customers' Strength

Risk is assessed for both your company and the client who pays the invoice. If your client is reputable and financially strong, investors perceive less risk and may bid lower rates, so you could pay less than with a loan based on your risk profile alone.

More Efficient Cash Flow Management

Optimize your cash flow and reduce the pressure on your working capital. Balance your receivables, gain greater flexibility to invest in your company’s growth and secure deals with longer payment terms.
