We are seeking a passionate and talented Information & Technology Manager to play a pivotal role in our mission.

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop the IT strategy aligned with Daskapital's business strategy and goals

• Manage Daskapital's IT infrastructure, including its networks, data security, and cloud operations

• Lead the development of Daskapital's platform and Back Office

• Apply modern IT project management methodologies to ensure agile development and apply continuous improvement

• Team supervision and coaching

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Academic degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. A master in IT Management or similar is highly valued

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lead positions in IT, managing projects and teams

• Experience in data security and cloud operations

• Experience in agile environments and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)

• Knowledge of frontend and backend frameworks, including Rubi on Rails, HTML, CSS and React

• Previous experience in regulated sectors and fintech is advantageous

• Strong leadership and communication skills
